A milk replacer for whitetail deer fawns.
Non-medicated with Protimax® and direct-fed microbials (probiotics).
BuckMaker 240 PM is a special formulation of original BuckMaker 240 that provides deer raisers an all-natural product that helps fawns' immune and digestive systems ward off disease-causing organisms.
BuckMaker 240 PM contains Protimax (P) and a special combination of naturally occurring, viable, direct-fed microbials (M) (probiotics). Protimax is a specialized spray-dried egg product designed to contain high concentrations of immunoglobulins critical to the support of a young animal's own immune system. Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophillus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus lichiniformis, and lactobacillus lactis are the viable, naturally occurring micro-organisms.
The combination of these direct-fed microbials and Protimax works synergistically to benefit fawns. The immunoglobulins assist the fawn's own immune system and the direct-fed microbials support the normal population of desirable digestive microbes. It's like a one-two punch against deleterious bacteria that fawns are exposed to in challenging environments.
The Protimax® name is used with permission of Trouw Nutrition.
